Section 01 — A note from Alex

You're sitting on revenue you already paid for. Let's go collect it.

Most established businesses burn ad spend chasing strangers - while the buyers who already know and trust them sit ignored. I can help you monetize those people. No new ads... no new hires... and you don't pay me a dollar unless I put new money in your account.

Section 02 — The problem

What clients tell me

You've got a list... But are you getting the most out of it?

Hi, my name is Alex Ceskavich... and if you're reading this, you are almost certainly leaving money on the table:

You built your business the hard way. You spent real money on ads... on content... on outreach... to earn every customer and every name on your list.

But even if you market your list regularly... some of your leads and some of your customers have done less business with you than they could have.

And so, a database you paid a fortune to build turned into an asset that just… sits there.

"Money on the table."

Here's the lose-lose most owners never see:

>>Every day you spend chasing brand-new customers is a day you're paying full price for growth you could get almost free - from people who already know and trust you.

>>Every day that list sits under-used is money walking out the door: revenue you already earned, that you're simply not collecting.

Section 03 — The real problem

Why nothing moves

You can keep spending to find new customers… but the fastest revenue you'll ever make is already in your business.

More ads. Another funnel. A new agency. A bigger budget.

It can feel like the only way to grow is to spend more to reach more strangers. But here's what 18+ years running marketing teams has taught me:

The people who already know you, already bought from you, and already trust you are worth more than any cold audience you could ever buy - and almost nobody is properly mailing them.

That list isn't a marketing channel. It's an asset you already paid for. Right now it's a one-legged stool - sitting there, doing little, quietly losing you money.

(I looked at one founder's "dead" list last month and found a campaign that put mid-five-figures back on the table in under two weeks - from people she already had.)

Section 04 — Client results

A few highlights

A few of my client results:

Pandora's Box

$100K/yr → $30M/yr

I identified a new offer, and help build this company from $100K/yr to $30M/yr. We made $2M on launch day.

MorelliFit

$100k / mo in 60 days

They were 60 days from shutting down. I was brought in as part of the turnaround team, and in 60 days, they were profitable at $100K/month. We lost no unnecessary jobs.

Next Thing Technologies

As much as $1M / month

I helped build a marketing division from zero; and we raised as much as $1M in a month from existing investors.

And not just paid traffic

Wins outside of marketing:

As an example of my range... ie. I don't just do paid traffic... I helped identify and prevent $4M/yr in fraudulent payouts to affiliates. For that same company, I got their banned ad accounts reinstated on both Meta and Google.

Alex is one of the sharpest, most credentialed marketers in the world — hands down. He took me from a dark, dingy apartment in the middle of nowhere to a multi-million dollar penthouse outside New York City. He's produced multiple winning controls that still bring in millions.

Ryan K.

Founder, Konscious Brands

Alex was the most expensive marketer I'd ever hired — more than 3x what I usually paid. The funnel he delivered made me uncomfortable… but I made it all back in the first 30 days, and cleared over $250K in profit since. Worth every penny.

Section 05 — Failed fixes

Why the usual moves miss

Here’s why the usual playbook leaves that money on the table…

01More Ad Spend.

The default move is to buy more traffic. But cold traffic is the most expensive customer you'll ever get, and it does nothing with the buyers you already paid for. You're renting strangers while ignoring the people who already said yes.

02The 'Someday' List.

Every owner knows they should be mailing their customer list. But it never becomes the priority, because there's no ad account to babysit and no dashboard turning red. So the most profitable asset in the business is the one nobody's job it is to work. It just sits there.

Both roads have the same blind spot - they chase revenue you don't have yet, and walk right past the revenue you already earned. That's the money I go collect.

Section 06 — The mechanism

A diagnostic, not a system

Here's how I find the money hiding in your business — and collect it for you:

I don't guess, and I don't run you through a generic playbook. I find money you already earned, and I go collect it.

Here's how I do it:

First, I dig through the assets you already own - your email list, your past buyers, your customer database.

The people who raised their hand, bought once, and never heard from you again. This is where the fastest money in almost every business is hiding.

Second, I find the campaigns you're not running:

The reactivation you never sent, the offer your best customers never got, the follow-up that stops one email too early.

I've spent 15+ years and $150M+ in revenue learning exactly where this money leaks - and how to plug it fast.

What makes this different: I'm not selling you more traffic or a bigger team. I'm turning assets you already paid for into revenue - with no new ad spend, no new hires, and nothing out of your pocket until it works.

The places I most often find it:

  • 01Dormant subscribers who haven't been mailed in months
  • 02Past buyers who never got a second offer
  • 03Abandoned carts and checkouts nobody followed up on
  • 04Your best customers, who'd happily buy again if you just asked
  • 05Segments your email platform is quietly letting go cold
  • 06Offers that already convert - that only a fraction of your list ever saw

And then I do the part most people won't: I write the campaigns and I get them sent.

I work with the tools and team you already have, or I bring in trusted people I've worked with for years to get it out the door fast.

You don't manage me. You don't build anything. You just watch the new revenue land.

And remember - I only get paid from the new money I make you. If there's none, you owe me nothing.

If it sounds like there's money sitting in your business - let’s me collect it for you:

Section 07 — The promise

What I will and won't claim

I won’t promise you a cash number… because I won’t lie to you. Here’s what I will promise:

I won’t sell you fairy tales.

Because above and beyond everything else, I won’t lie to you - and I can’t promise a specific number. Nobody honest can.

But here’s the difference: I only get paid from the new revenue I actually generate. So my pay and your payoff are the exact same thing.

Here’s what that means for you:

  1. >>I don't get paid unless you do. If I don't put new money in your account, you never see a bill.
  2. >>Every dollar I earn is a dollar I earned for you first - from assets you already own.
  3. >>The only way this works for me is if it works for you first. Our incentives are welded together.

Section 08 — FAQ

Common questions

The questions I hear most often.

Q.01How do you get paid?

I don't charge a fee and I don't take a retainer. I work on a share of the new revenue I generate for you — agreed before we start — and if I don't generate any, I don't get paid. Nothing comes out of your pocket up front, ever. My income only exists if I've already put money in your account first.

Q.02Okay, what's the catch?

The catch is that this only works if you've actually got something to work with — a real list of people who once knew you, and an offer that already sells. I'm betting my own time that I can find money in your business, so I'm selective about whose business I bet on. If the assets aren't there, I'll tell you on the call instead of taking the deal. That's the whole catch.

Q.03What do you actually need from me?

Two things: access to your list and past-buyer data, and a short conversation about your offer so I understand what already converts. That's it. After that I work in the background — the entire point is that this money shows up without you having to run it.

Q.04Won't mailing my list more just burn it out or hurt my sender reputation?

Done wrong, yes — that's exactly why most owners leave the list alone and lose the money. Done right, it's the opposite. I mail to the right segments with the right offer, protect your deliverability, and re-warm people the smart way. A list that's mailed well gets more responsive, not less. Ignoring it is what's actually killing it.

Q.05How do we know a sale came from your campaign and not something else?

We agree on exactly how new revenue is tracked and attributed before a single email goes out — the tracking window, what counts, and who reports it. No fuzzy math, no arguing after the fact. You see the same numbers I do. On a performance deal, clean attribution protects both of us, so I insist on it up front.

Q.06How fast does this happen?

Fast — that's the whole appeal. Because I'm working assets you already own instead of building something new, there's no ramp. Most clients see new revenue inside the first handful of emails, often before the campaign even finishes.

Q.07Who is this not for?

Anyone without the assets to make it work. If you're pre-revenue, have no list, your list is a few hundred cold names, or you don't have an offer that already converts — this isn't for you yet, and I'd rather say so now than sign a deal neither of us should do. I only take this on when the money's clearly already there.

Q.08What happens once you've collected the found money?

For a lot of clients, the first campaign is just the opener. Once the fast money's flowing, they want to keep it going — and that's when this becomes Revenue Without You: I find the next constraint, direct the fix, and measure the result, so the business keeps growing without you running the day-to-day. But that's your call, later. The found-revenue campaign stands entirely on its own.

Section 09 — Book your call
